I have seen a lot of places in SL but never did I imagine that I will stumble in the world of the Flintstones. To my surprise this place looks awesome and Tigey Honey who is the creator of all this, did a wonderful job of bringing every visitor to the “reality” of the town.
As you arrive just so you get familiar with the place you can take the Bedrock tour. You can take it alone or with someone special or just another visitor just like you. You might even make a friend in the process and there is definitely a surprise along the way but I won’t tell you what that is because you have to find out for yourself. I don’t want to spoil the fun! Just a little warning; If you go there make sure you have time because there is a lot of exploring to do. You’ll find many hidden places that have secret entrances and you will have to find those to find what’s hidden in them .
Want to take a fun photo looking like the Flintstones but with your head instead? There is a place for that too, so enjoy it and take with you a memory of what you’ve seen. This is a fun place that you can enjoy alone but I assure you that it’s even more with that special someone or you even take someone on a date there and still have fun. There is the hole in the ground where the dinosours are working, and in there you find a hidden entrance to a room, in the underground. If you go inside the pyramid you find a stargate with a view over the horizon. if you go over the edge and fly you’ll find another hidden entrance to 3 rooms. Here is a hint you have to fly all the way inside or else you will drop down, the floor is only hard when you reach the wall. If you want to sneak a romantic kiss there are kissing balls in the big vulcano.

After ”Exploring Mexico“, I decided to Visit the Russian Red Square on Moscow Island and I found that it’s something worth writing about. While there, I discovered that there is actually a lot more to see than just the Red Square. There are 6 sims on Russia Island so you’ll have a lot of exploring to do.
Before I begin, I have to share with you that I had the great privilege to actually meet the creator of all this: Jess Saiman (the creator) and also Vega Pilipenko (the “Mayor of SL - Moscow” ), which in reality are sisters. In creating “Russia” you can see that a lot of time and effort was put into trying to bring to reality the beauty of the most popular places. The great architecture of each building is duplication of the real one. I also have to mention that if it wasn’t for Musasi Tanabe none of this would exist. I compliment all of you for creating such beauty and allowing SL to get a glimpse of the true Russia.
Real facts: “Red Square (Russian: Красная площадь, Krasnaya ploshchad) is the most famous city square in Moscow. The square separates the Kremlin, the former royal citadel and currently the official residence of the President of Russia, from a historic merchant quarter known as Kitay-gorod. As major streets of Moscow radiate from here in all directions, being promoted to major highways outside the city, the Red Square is often considered the central square of Moscow and of all Russia.” (from wikipedia)
In RL the Red Square is famous for its uniqueness and for its beautiful architecture and in SL you’ll see that the creator brought to life the exact same replica.
The most faimous in the Red Square is Saint Basil’s Cathedral which it’s recognized for it’s beautiful architecture. Here you don’t only get to admire it from the outside but you can actually go inside of it through the left side of the building. The entrance brings you through a labyrinth of hallways and as you turn the corner you’ll find a door where you enter into a grand room and you’ll be mesmerized by the rich pictures of beautiful Ortodox icons surrounding the room and as you study each one it almost takes you back in time through the painter’s eyes. Outside in from on the building in the courtyard there is a statue of two worriers dating back to 1818 and the Russian writing on the statue translates “to the Citizen Minin and Count Pojarsky in appreciation from Russia”. If you like to learn more about the real Cathedral go to the links at the bottom of the page.
Each building in the Red Square is a legend in it’s own right. One of these is Lenin’s Mausoleum, where …

If you’re looking for an exotic place to spend some time alone or with someone special Mexico is definitely a place to see. Besides the beautiful architecture, it’s a very strong archeology sim reflecting the history of Mexico from its roots to today’s looks. It represents strongly tradition through it’s colors and textures specific to Mexico and also the earth formation with hills, tropical forest, lake, sea with the reef, ruins and pyramids.
You’ll find a traditional shop with various specific things where you can do a little shopping for your own house to take it as souvenir just like if you went to visit a foreign place. You’ll find dwellings from history pages to modern houses and beautiful ruins. If you just want to hang out in
a quiet place there is the beach where you can watch a beautiful sunset. If you feel like dancing you’ll find a very traditional dance arena or enjoy a beautiful walk through the forest under the serene sounds of the tropics. If you like horseback riding you can find a horse ranch where you can take a horse for a ride on the beach. You can just seat on a blanket by the waterfall next to the fire and watch the beautiful sunset that is reflecting into the magnificent architecture. If you love to swim you can enjoy the reef and swim with the fishes. Or if you take a walk through the forest on a tiny trail you’ll get to a beautiful lake and at the bottom of the lake you’ll find archeological evidence from ancient times proving that Mexico has deep roots in history. If you love to look at things from above you can go hang lighting and just explore the island from the air. And something even more fun is a harness on a rope that you can just sit in and it will take you on a ride to the next tree. You really get to enjoy lots of things here.
